With annual billing, extra seats are $150/year, $200/year, and $300/year respectively. Each extra seat includes full access to all features and unlimited client management.

The free trial includes access to all Pro features - unlimited clients, full platform access, and all integrations. No credit card required, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period.
Can I switch between plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
How much storage is included and what is the maximum file size?
All our plans feature unlimited storage for client files, project documents, and assets. The maximum file size is 10GB per file (please contact us if you require a higher limit).
Can I add a custom domain to my client portal?
Yes! You can add your own custom domain (for example: portal.youragency.com) starting with the Basic plan. This helps maintain your brand consistency and professional image.
Do you charge transaction fees on payments?
No, AgencyPro doesn't charge any transaction fees. You'll only pay standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ for online payments). All payment processing fees go directly to Stripe.
What happens if I exceed my team seat limit?
If you need more team seats, you can easily add them at your plan's per-seat rate ($15/month for Basic, $20/month for Pro, or $30/month for Plus). There's no downtime — new team members can be added instantly and will have immediate access to all features. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
Can I use my own email domain for client notifications?
Yes, with the Plus plan you can set up your own email sender domain (like [email protected]). This ensures all client communications appear to come directly from your agency.
What migration assistance do you provide?
We offer free migration assistance for Plus plan. Our team helps you import existing clients, projects, and data from other platforms. Most agencies are fully migrated within 1-2 weeks.
What are your support hours and response times?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST. We also have team members in Asia for extended coverage. Most support requests are answered within 2-4 hours during business hours.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can export all your data before canceling.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing. For example, our Pro plan costs $790/year instead of $948 when billed monthly — that's a $158 savings!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. For annual plans, we also accept ACH bank transfers and wire transfers upon request.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
